Welcome to Thrive (“the App”), owned and operated by Thrive Financial technologies (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Thrive, you (“you,” “user,” or “users”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Use of the App Thrive is a personal budgeting and finance assistant designed to help you track expenses, savings goals, and financial activity.The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Thrive.
2. Account Registration To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Payments Thrive offers both free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed in the App.Payments are processed through the App Store/Google Play. All charges are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.We may change subscription pricing with prior notice.
4. Financial Data & Integrations Thrive may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Plaid, Coinbase) to provide banking and investment data. By using these integrations, you authorize us to access and display your financial information.We do not store your banking credentials. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.Thrive does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Information provided is for educational and organizational purposes only.
5. User ContentYou may add transactions, categories, receipts, or other personal data. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it for App functionality.You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you input.
6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:Use the App for unlawful purposes.Attempt to access or tamper with accounts, servers, or networks connected to the App.Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without permission.
7. Intellectual Property Thrive, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by NextGenWebSolutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties Thrive is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for your financial situation.We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the App’s information.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive and its affiliates shall not be liable for:Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,Loss of profits, data, or goodwill,Errors or inaccuracies in financial data from third-party integrations.
10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Thrive at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
